We heart Pierre & Charlotte. The couple came to Melbourne back in 1994, from Paris, via Tokyo, bringing with them a design vision that combines elegance, simplicity and fun. Their work ranges from lighting to chairs and tables. We are seriously loving the whimsical Tree Light – it’s sort of like a lamp and coat rack in one.
All of their designs are manufactured in Australia in their own workshop or with local craftsman. They also design domestic and residential spaces. Check out their site here for more images - and 2 cute French bulldogs!

That's the best lamp I've seen all year. A great combination of whimsy and clean lines.
The wood part (on the lamp) seems to over powering to me---slim it down and then send it back to Melbourne!
It looks really 60's funk.
The table and chairs look really nice.
I want that chaise! Even the dullest book would be a good read in that! -that's how it works isn't it?!!!
