Name: Paul
Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada
I have a 750 sq. ft.1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Vancouver, and I've lived here for 3 years. Recently my partner moved in, and storage space is at a premium...
It's been maximized by a large living room storage unit, an antique 1860's armoire from Paris (it's only been moved 3 times in it's life), and bedroom cubbies instead of night tables. Even the pine chest / coffee tables holds the bed linen for guests that camp on the sofa.
Thanks, Paul!

Nice mix of Vintage, Vintage Modern and Contemporary. 750 sq. ft. / 2 guys? That's gotta take some patients. I lived with two roommates in a 1650 sq. ft. apartment when I was younger and it was sometimes rough. Love the Le Corbusier style chair. I have a pair in black, although they are the more cushy, crushed down lounge versions...like you might have seen on the BBC show Sherlock.
WHY IS THIS A HOUSE CALL...Tour please.
You've arranged everything beautifully and your furnishings are lovely.
Love those built-ins... makes a lot of difference I bet!
Lovely, Paul. You have done a great job. It looks like a real home. You aren't trying too hard with the quirky authentic staged look and that is a relief. Thanks.
This is seriously gorgeous. Beautiful use of color, texture, space- EVERYTHING. So warm and inviting. And I have to second the wish for a full tour!! Amazing space.
This looks so cozy. I love the way the lighting works.
Nice place! I wish I had 750 square feet, I share my space with my boyfriend and our cat with just over 360 sq feet. More storage is great until but it also can cause more clutter, the key to our success was learning to live with less stuff and finding hobbies outside of the home. https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/113398103916213499070/albums/5811827932692238977/5811827934616134530
Paul, I want to see more! I live in a similar era condo in Vancouver that's about the same size, and would love to see how you've styled it. Mine has a large patio, so the inside space is weensy bit smaller, but essentially it's the classic older Van condo, with that long wall that's so difficult to figure how to break up and look interesting. Your kitchen, however, seems completely reno'd. One day mine will be too. Along with my very dated bath...
Nice place. Hope you do a tour!
I love Marimekko, so you were a success that one photo of the bed. Everything was cozy, comfortable and beautiful.
LOVE the kitchen!
More pictures please, this was just a tease :p I love everything you have done at your place, Paul, absolutely lovely!
That's big for Vancouver-my boyfriend and I (and the pug) live in 580 square feet.
I love what you've done for storage though-they're functional yet really beautiful. I love the way you've laid out the living room as well-great job!
Nice pad! I like how you utilized your space. It looks a lot bigger than 360sq. My place is less than 450 but doesn't look as big as your place. I have one question: where do you keep all your clothing and your partner's clothing?
yay Canada! yay Vancouver! Way to represent :)
You have a good looking boyfriend, Mr. Chu.
Nice, but wish photos had been taken in the daytime.
I find this house tour most intriguing. Would so love to see lots more photos.
Very nice! Another house call that deserves (and we need) a full house tour!
