The other day we blogged roadtripping with your pet. But, when it's time to get off the road and bed down for the night, what do you do? Not all hotels will be happy to accommodate you. But, if you're coming to Los Angeles, there are many hotels that will welcome you with open arms. A list we found of those that welcome dogs, after the jump (check with the individual hotels regarding other animals)...
- Avalon Hotel Weight Limit for Dogs: 60 lbs. (loosely enforced)
- The Beverly Hills Hotel and Bungalows Weight Limit for Dogs: 35 lbs.
- Beverly Hilton Weight Limit for Dogs: 20 lbs.
- The Crescent Weight Limit for Dogs: 45-50 lbs.
- Four Seasons Hotel – Los Angeles at Beverly Hills Weight Limit for Dogs: 15 lbs. flexible
- The Tower Weight Limit for Dogs: None
- The Mosaic Hotel Weight Limit for Dogs: 35 lbs.
- The Peninsula Beverly Hills Weight Limit for Dogs: None
- Raffles L’Ermitage Beverly Hills Weight Limit for Dogs: 30 lbs.
- The Beverly Wilshire Weight Limit for Dogs: 15 lbs.
As each hotel's policies are subject to change, we suggest you speak to each hotel directly for individual policies and to ask them about any pet amenities they may provide including dog walking services and pet sitting.

All Kimpton hotels are pet friendly. I stayed at the Hotel Burnham in Chicago and a few of the guests had dogs and they seemed very happy. They even had a feeding station next to the door for the puppies.
Snorgle the Doxie!!!
The Kimpton opperated Hotel Palomar in Westwood is pet friendly and brand new!

As a rule most Starwoods take dog, Intercontinental hotels and a lot of boutique hotels.
I believe the ACE Hotels are also pet-friendly.
Another reason to love the Peninsula Hotel.
I love traveling with my dog. He loves to sleep in and is always happy to go along with whatever I'm interested in doing.
The Lamb and Lion Inn on route 6a in Barnstable, on Cape Cod, is very welcoming to pets. I recommended it to friends of mine who recently spent a long weekend there, and they and their border terrier, Arnold, loved the place! The innkeepers have dogs of their own, and there are always strategically placed water bowls for the inn's four-legged guests.
For a more pricey getaway, The Parker in Palm Springs is also pet friendly.
I am pretty sure that AAA still prints a book about pet friendly hotels that covers the whole country. AAA members can pick one up for free.
