Design Showcase 2011

Design: Petite Concrete
Materials: Concrete. maple veneer. LED light bulb.
Designer: Anna Ritchie

"My petite concrete table lamp was inspired by the functionality of it's LED light bulb. Something that is generally perceived as a cold technology has developed to mimic the warmth of nature."

"The heavy concrete base is balanced by a light maple veneer shade, making a statement even when the light is off.

The petite concrete lamp, measuring 17.5" tall, takes up only a 3" x 3" space on your table. This makes it great for small apartments, bedside tables, or writing desks."
