Sarah and Nick moved from Minnesota to Manila for his job and landed in this great condo. Sarah worked hard to create a space that felt like home in a far off land. In the end, she created an efficient and lovely condo (the view doesn't hurt) that makes living far from Minnesota easier. Good lighting, creative storage and living without too much "stuff" makes the decor in this condo sustainably minded.

Making the most of each space, Sarah has used some of the furniture that was supplied and added their own to create an eclectic mix that reflects their personalities. With the ability to create and design her own furniture locally, she custom created a chaise lounge. Creative storage, locally sourced furntiure and materials make this a successful eco-space.

While they don't have the wide open spaces of the Upper Midwest, they have been able to create an efficient condo that utilizes every square inch.

Throughout the home little touches of Minnesota pop up while they continue to celebrate the beauty of Manila that surrounds them.
