Space is always at a premium. Some home theater systems are pretty elaborate. They can take up a lot of space. Which is why Philips' new round home theater system is so interesting. The Dutch manufacturer has come up with a new round and small home theater system. Although it's pretty small, it fits an iPod dock, a five-channel amplifier and a subwoofer.
It measures just 10.75" across by 6.75" high. only 6.75 high. The DVD player can play DivX, MPEG-4, WMV files and upscales to 1080p over HDMI. The CD player reads MP3 discs and has got a USB port. There is yet no information on price and release date.
