The popular rise of the virtual pinboard community Pinterest, or as I like to call it "an online Encyclopedia of all things pretty," has been an interesting one to watch. It's no longer just sharing beautiful photos or inspiring creativity, the site has generated movement... it's inspired people to DO something!
People are picking up hobbies, cooking dinner, planning weddings and sharing new ideas that have superseded the site's initial expectations. Take our site Re-Nest, for example. By sharing our green tours, green style and more, our green influence has the chance to reach thousands through the viral act of "re-pinning." (Psst! Follow us here!)
Searching keywords "solar" or "prefab" can lead you to all sorts of fun places, like this container home board by Shelly.
It's exciting to see a green community on Pinterest! Are you using Pinterest to share and inspire all things green?

I love Pinterest. I hope it stays forever. I've found so much inspiration there and like Kimberly above said - great blogs I've never been to before :)
