We checked in with Camilla over at Family Chic for this planter idea for lighting the perimeter of your patio, garden, or path.

Although this requires a little advanced planning, it's totally worth it. Camilla placed a second pot inside the first and filled it with pea gravel. The rocks give a candle a flat surface to sit and still allows the outer area to be planed with soil and your favorite flowers or greenery.
