PlantTherapy: Patrick Blanc's New Book
‘The Vertical Garden’ – From Nature to the City

Prior to Blanc's recently published book I had to live off of a few web images and videos (like the one above) to get a better sense of what his work is like. Now I can't wait to get my hands on a copy of 'The Vertical Garden' which, by the reviews online, promises to have 300 gorgeouse pictures of Blanc's work from around the world.

Although simply summed up as 'vertical gardening', Blanc has worked for decades to bring nature into the urban landscape. The projects have been quietly gathering momentum in cities around the world, and this will be the first time and the only way to have them all in one place at one time (Much like the Avant Gardeners book released this year).
