From MadreInSpain, the "Boxes Light" would be a welcome addition to any techie's home—or any movie buff's home, for that matter. Displaying the now-universal signs for play, pause, stop, record, fast forward and rewind, these lamps would be fit in a home with other typogrpahical design elements. But we could see something better on the horizon for these...

We'd love to see these lamps hooked up to a real television and DVD player as giant remote control buttons. But that idea is certainly more suitable for a museum or an art installation than a living room. But if you're the type that likes to put the "theatrics" in "home theater," we say go for it. Oh, and send us the before-and-after shots, O.K.?
