Please Rob Me is a new website that was put together to showcase how much information people are releasing in social media about their whereabouts. Sure it's fun to let people know you're at the pub, but if you're there, guess where you're not?

Although we like to stick to home decor and design around these parts, we like to know that all of our hard work and efforts are safe and sound when we leave home. Please Rob Me utilizes Twitter and FourSquare to pin point your location. It's a cool feature to have your phone tell your friends where you're at if they want to come meet up with you, but by telling people where you are, you're also telling them where you're not!

It's all too easy to complain about traffic or the smelly dude next to you on the train, but by announcing the happenings of the moment, it's quite easy to tell where you are.

In the age of technology it's better to be safe than sorry and as much as we wish there weren't people out there smart enough to utilize this technology, you know someone sadly is. So we thought we'd make sure we brought it to your attention ahead of time!

Will this change your tweeting and social media habits? Let us know in the comments below!
