Before seeing these beautiful photos and crystal clear instructions over at Oh Happy Day, we didn't even know what a Polish Chandelier was. Evidently it's paper and rings and fluffy stuff and even though it takes a while to make, according to Jordan, the materials are really cheap and the project is very satisfying to work on.
