Los Angeles designer David Wiseman's floral branch ceiling is a stunning reminder to occasionally just look up. Inspired by the blooming intertwined branches that sat outside his childhood window in Pasadena, Wiseman spent nearly a year casting over 500 porcelain blossoms and 100 branches for a client's home in Hancock Park, all of which were applied by hand onto the ceiling. An amazing feat trumped by the even more impressive results. Our plain old ceiling looks a bit bare now...ceiling envy! [via Design Sponge]
