Maybe I'm just old fashioned, but having my arm hair singed by the roaring fire next to me would pretty much negate any hot tub induced relaxation.

I had something like this when I was a kid only it was made out of a horse trough. Kind of a hippie's version of the hot tub. Pretty much the same design though.

i met some people promoting this thing at an event last year, and they were pretty nuts (as you can imagine). it looks cool, but i wonder which person is going to get out of the hot tub and rekindle the fire?

Running in and out of a hottub is unplesant when its -30C, regardless of what you have to do, so if you have to rekindle the fire you probably want to go in and dry off first!
