Receipts, invoices, business cards, documents that need to be faxed or emailed and even pictures. They are part of our hectic schedule and the more time it pass, the more paper we collect. We can handle that; with the use of a portable tiny scanner while we are on the go.

All of this while running from your USB connection, so you don't have to haul batteries or power adapters. You can just pack this tiny scanner and get more done, organized and on your way. We like the small footprint and the convenience of the USB as a power source. $199 at your local office supply store.

I find that if you have good light you can get a perfectly readable copy of a document with an iPhone 4 camera held very steady.
I've also downloaded JotNot Pro for my iPhone 4, which processes photos of documents as if it were a scanner (straightens corners, clears up text)--it works really nicely. But if I continually needed a scanner on the road, I'd get one of those reviewed.
Yeah, I'm a pretty big fan of phone scanning - it's not perfect, but it's always in my pocket!
