Joel and Elmy thought letters could become pieces made to assemble into word furniture. So they took the alphabet, and built letters into a CHAIR, TABLE, and LAMP. Each piece is created by the letters of the word that is the object. So the letters C, H, A, I, and R, actually make a chair.
The design is brilliant and fun, and each piece brings the indispensable elements of language into furniture. Now words aren't just words.
The Alphabet series is not available everywhere, but you can order it online, and the design of the plywood letters allow for cheaper, flat-packed shipping.

Oh, boy: so no.
Nice idea, but the 'letters' are poorly formed from a font perspective and when mashed together to force a piece of furniture don't look good/comfortable/useful (qualifiers for furniture).
HAHAHAHAHA it looks like WordWorld!! Oh please say it comes in kid size and bright colors...LOL!
I def saw these online a few days ago. Repost? Maybe it was design milk. Hm. In any case, I agree with foog foog: SO NO!
Thank you, Girl Jen, for saying that first. :)
