Black, White and Modern All Over

Dream Bathroom

We're big fans of minimal decor, especially in the bathroom. We love black and white with pops of color and mixed materials. Decorating our Dream Bathroom was just that &mdash a dream &mdash there's no way we could afford all of these things, but, a girl sure can dream!

We love the mix of classic meets modern and the selection of the sink, tub and toilet reflect that. Those elements would look great with the black and white geometric wallpaper as their backdrop. We chose to incorporate a small amount of color in a less than obvious place: the lighting. These lights are sold separately, but we figured since it's our Dream Bathroom &mdash we'd buy all five! The five pops of color as well as the addition of the steel Marais A Chair help break up the monotony of all black and white.

Top Row:
&bull 1.This Black, White and Modern All Over bathroom is my true dream bathroom. It's fun, playful, but also simplistic and chic.
&bull 2. Black and White geometric wallpaper that I originally saw in the bathroom of Erin & Chris' Fishtown Fixer Upper from Hygge and West.
&bull 3. I fell in love with the shape of this Ventura Apron soaking tub &mdash and was pleased to find it being sold on Overstock.
&bull 4. I wanted something a little more modern and not run of the mill in regards to a toilet for my dream bathroom. I think I found the perfect one at Kohler.
&bull 5. I wanted a sink that was simple and chic to match the toilet and tub. The Compact Single Faucet Sink from DWR seems to fit the bill.

Second Row
&bull 6. With the bathroom being a minimal one with a few pops of color, I didn't want an extravagant mirror. This Mondrian Mirror from DWR is just what I was looking for.
&bull 7. I absolutely love Concrete Flooring (and even counter tops!), so my first choice was poured concrete for the bathroom floor.
&bull 8. With the rest of the bathroom consisting of all black and white, I wanted to add a pop of color with all five of these E27 Silicone Lights from A+R.
&bull 9. I love having art in my bathroom and I thought the Warfare of Deception: First Aid from Neusprint was just tongue in cheek enough for my bathroom.
&bull 10. The idea of a bathroom large enough to have a chair/seating area is great in my mind. My dream bathroom is the perfect place for my favorite chair &mdash the Marais A Chair from DWR
