While we've always been a huge fan of the traditional label maker, we understand that it's not the go-to decor choice for every office space. Nancy uses a neat, computer printed font to keep her containers labeled. We're also really digging the fact that Nancy's desk is completely bare--just the desktop and a keyboard. All of her office supplies and projects are lined up behind her and to her left--that way, her focus remains on the task at hand. You'll notice that the wall leading into the office is painted a rich brown which goes quite well with the office's powder blue walls. We also are in love with the velvet blue curtain that sections off the office from the rest of the home--luxuriously organized indeed.

Sexy!!
super sweet!
I love well manicured home offices. Very Inspirational.
Where is the piece of furniture from in the 3rd picture, looks like a cabinet of some sort, looks efficient.
Good looking office!
Without knowing what Nancy does, it's hard to understand the excitement about the clean desktop. If she's a toy maker, it's a little odd.
Hmm, I have a friend who labels everything, too. For my taste, it is too ocd. If I am the one who uses my office, why does everything need a label? Kitchens don't require labeling, so why do offices?
Great colors, pattern and texture in her space.
i love it!! makes me want my office to look like this.
regarding labels, i love my label maker. i guess i must be ocd like wallace says but i don't care. i like to know what things are instead of having to go through everything. this way, it makes things easier for me.
Lables help you find which of many look-alike items (like file folders) contain what you are looking for. Kitchens get labeled too -- canisters say "sugar, flour, tea, coffee" for instance.
Is that Amelia Earhart in the photo over the large workstation?
It looks good. But I'd need a MASSIVE DESK so I could spread out my papers and items all around me so I wouldn't have to reach, but swivel for things.
Looks fab, but I hope Nancy just put her computer at that rakish angle for the photo, otherwise she could be headed for serious back, neck and wrist problems.
Your keyboard and monitor should be lined up directly in front of you. No twisting!
