Color Inspiration: Elsa's room is inspired by the things that I did NOT want her room to be. I was uninterested in any prepackaged theme that they were selling at the stores or online. Instead, I opted for a DIY approach and chose to use pretty, girly patterns.
Give Nicole & Elsa a THUMBS UP if you think this room belongs in the finals!

Tip For Using Color:
Changing the atmosphere in your kid's room can be as simple as a different color changing table cover or crib sheet. I also like to use small inexpensive rugs to switch things up a bit!
Colors Used:
Walls: BEHR #490C-3 Balmy Seas

Love the wall color and the crib bedding!
I love the wall color! What color did you use? I like that the room isn't too girly, other than the bedding. Also like the dark wood furniture, which you don't see too much!!!
I LOVE the color on the wall! Would love to know what you used!
I'd love to know where the shelves came from- those brackets are so simple and unobtrusive. Anyone know? And FYI the paint color is listed above: Behr Balmy Seas.
Ditto -- great color on the walls and cool bedding! And the sunburst mirrors, and the mobile, and the sweet baby. . .
Love this room! Did someone make that afghan? Do you happen to know what pattern they used? It would be perfect for my daughter!
I love the rocking chair! Looks vintage? Love the Pound Puppy. :)
What are you using for a changing table/storage? Is that an Expedit?
Our nursery is done in HB fabrics with a similar wall color, very fun!
This is the BEST room EVER!
Beautiful I love the colors and the mobile ROCKS!
I adore the eyecatchers for little brains. The mirrors and the activity of the mobile. Also - the color is a great selection here, energetic but not overstimulating.
Great room - love it!
Thanks for the great comments everyone! The shelves are from IKEA, I'm sorry, I don't recall their name, and the crib and the changing table are Amy Coe's Stamford collection from Babies 'R Us.
Beautiful! Is that a Pound Puppy on the chair!? Love the mobile and the entire color scheme.

Love that we're not giving the blue rooms to just boys anymore. Blue is so royal and elegant for baby girls. Beautiful.
