We've seen open studio signs when driving around West Berkeley before, but it wasn't until we read the article in this month's Diablo Magazine that we realized just how many potter and ceramicists there were in the neighborhood. The article has short profiles of artists working at eight different studios, including Rae Dunn of fourth and clay, above.

Now that we know about this little enclave, we're excited to check out this spring's open studio weekends, which are happening on May 3–4 and 10–11.
