Rachel over Re-Nest found various recycled motherboard circuit board items that have been redesigned for a new life as decorative elements around the home, ranging from votive lights, to coasters, clocks, nightlight and even a business card case.

I bought these at my local green store. But a word of warning. After using them for a party I found that they do not contain liquid very well. The edges have a removable plastic edge that allows water to seep underneath to the bottom of the coasters.

They are fine for light use. I would not recommend them for parties.
