OK, I appreciate that you threw in the two cheap dining chairs, but $300, $800, and $2,000 for outdoor chairs? Why is a plastic chair $300 bucks? Annoys me to no end!!
Or you can go to any cheap-o stores, like Target, Kmart, whatnot, and buy boring chairs and spray paint them. I did, and the whole project, including the chairs and the spray paint was about $25.
CBH, yes thats a good idea for zipping up boring plastic chairs. I currently have a host of those plastic "Adirondak" chairs from Kmart or wherever, but I would like something thicker and more comfortable. But there really must be some okay plastic chairs that cost more than $9.99 but far less than $300!! I think the nice wooden LL Bean Adirondack's that I have didn't even cost that much.
the chair you use as the main photo for this post is not painted, it's just a solid red plastic.

Better you don't look at the next thread for Guy Wolff pottery. Definitely a conspicuous consumer thing going on in AT. Bargain finding is a superpower.
