Their project house has three rooms, each focusing on a primary color: yellow bedroom, blue living room and red kitchen.
• the Ikea Canada booth with many helpers. The mass of light fixtures looks promising.

Shaw's Original Fir...
I can not believe that I've been a Sarah Richardson fan for so many years and never knew she had an interior designer brother--apparently I'm not that good a stalker. Good to know.
The it's/its confusion is a very easy mistake to make, but the "steam convention oven" typo is hilarious. I'm fairly certain that should read "convection".
I didn't know she had a designer brother, either! Or even a brother!
Sarah is a design goddess and worshipped across Canada. All bow.
x
Oh, and I've always wanted a subway station photo like the Summerhill one. I can't decide, however, which one I would have. I suppose Yonge St as I live downtown; however, I think it has more to do with the colours of your apt! I refuse to put up a "Kennedy" or a "Kipling", though, regardless of colour! Lol.
"Premieres", please. We're Canadian. :)
I am also surprised to hear about Sarah's brother. I never knew she had one!
Without my glasses I thought Sarah's brother was David Duchovny! LOL (I guess the "Celebrity" in the title made me think that, too). Don't get old, people!
Love the Summerhil Subway poster!
The mismatched chairs at IDS 2011 not so much.
Ooooh where did that subway poster come from?! I must know!
The photograph of Summerhill subway station is by Toronto photographer Ben Mark Holzberg and available at Canvas Gallery http://www.canvasgallery.ca/images/artists/PHOTOGRAPHY/holzberg/holzberg.htm

I thought he was Justin Long- ha ha!
PeteG, you took the words "design goddess" out of my mouth! When I saw "Sarah's House" here on HGTV US last year, I fell in love with her design style. I worship the oak floors she refinishes. And now I find out she has a talented (and attractive) brother? The family is apparently amazing.
I love Sarah, but am I the only one who thinks she's a dead ringer for Kristen Wig? I keep waiting for her to do something funny.
