This month we are looking at some of our favorite artwork and collections, and this technique has tremendous potential for everything from the smallest gift tag to original large-scale wall art.
Creative Jewish Mom's Sara Rivka achieved beautiful results with white acrylic paint on colored paper for her Rosh Hashana cards. We are reminded of Roy Lichtenstein's signature benday dots and think it would be cool to produce that effect using bubble wrap to print layers of colored dots. This would also be a great way to dress up brown kraft paper for gift wrap.
We love the use of castoff materials as art supplies and Sara Rivka of Creative Jewish Mom can get downright MacGyverish with her creative projects. Check her out for endless rainy day inspiration.
