There's no shortage of paint chip projects in the blogosphere — and here's one that's not only artsy, but functional as well. Can you tell what's behind those three large panels?
Designer Kara Paslay used the panels to conceal a wall full of custom-built shelving in her storage-lacking loft. The panels swing open like doors for easy access but, when closed, they create a vibrant art piece for her dining room.
If you have a drawer full of paint chips that you've collected for past projects, this is a great way to recycle them and add some color to a room, even if you work on a smaller scale.
