Punch opened up their doors to State Street in Santa Barbara just last year, nestled between several other interior and retail stores. They offer an original approach to vintage furniture, collectibles, jewelry and awesome decor for your home. Owner Sara Gehris says she doesn't aim to offer only one kind of style, but that she offers something for everyone, from various decades as long as it's "good" style.
Every part of the store is decorated with small and large pieces. There are beautifully upholstered settees, random black and white photographs, costume jewelry, colorful chandeliers and so much more. Sara says that there are a few curators that all contribute to decorating the store and who make it their mission to bring an eclectic mix of things to the shop. One corner is art deco, another mid century, another roaring 20's… Many pieces are purchased from swap meets, estate sales and flea markets. Sara says she often purchases furniture and then restores it to sell at Punch. She is most attracted to richness of textures and the fun humorous pieces that add a playfulness to any home.

I really want that layered red table in the fourteenth photo. Not practical, but I could make it work.
Cute shop!
Swoon - if this was a store in my neighborhood I'd probably be spending my whole pay cheque on the treasures.
No way I live in SB and need to check it out now!
@zazzu, you'd have to fight me first.... =)
Should be Intérieur, not Intèrieur.
Beautifully thought out and executed.
I will definitely check the store out next time I am in SB.
When can I move in? What an original shop! Punch is not just a shop, it is an experience!
Fun stuff! But so FAR from NH!
