Simply fill a half gallon milk jug with rocks, sand or gravel (whatever is handy) and add a little water to the mix. Your goal is to sink the jug and keep it in place so it doesn't scoot around and interfere with the inner workings of your toilet. Your toilet will now use less water each time you flush! It's really just that simple.
