The Modern Quilt Guild is a community of quilting groups across the country, with even a few international members. They are joined by an interest in modern quilting - a new twist on the traditional craft. These are a few quilts featured on the guild's website that we found particularly pretty (and modern):
The Modern Quilt Guild provides a forum for individual local guilds to come together and discuss what modern quilting is and to show off their work. See a full list of guilds or start one up locally by visiting The Modern Quilt Guild.

LOVE the Paintbox quilt. Really spectacular.
The first is my fave - Very modern and elegant!
Wonderful! I love the sentimentality of a quilt on the bed, but it usually doesn't mesh with my other modern design preferences. These are gorgeous.
They are all beautiful. The first one grabs me because it reminds me of black and white photos. Abstract, textural photos. Really stunning!
You know who's a big quiliter? Pam Wegman, whose brother, William Wegman, is an artist. Interesting.
I'd love to see the other side of the paintbox quilt.
I inherited this quilt made by my grandmother, and while I wouldn't call it 'modern,' I love how it integrates into my home & decor! :) I think older quilts can work in modern settings nicely. (and i LOVE that paintbox one)
