060909_tf_tuliptoaster2.jpgThe Tulip Toaster, from designers Sergej Kuckir, Hayley Powell, Katherine Whiting, Minas Patsalos & Varun Gujral, is a concept for a toaster that would make the chairs in your kitchen jealous.

All it takes is a simple wooden frame—in a shape reminiscent of the toaster's namesake, a tulip—attached to a sleek and simple one-knobbed white toaster to take this basic (and usually an eyesore) kitchen counter staple to a place worthy of admiration.

And to think, you won't have to hide your toaster in a kitchen cabinet anymore. Besides, it was a pain in the butt dragging it out when you needed it.
