Tell us about your outdoor project and how you enjoy it: Whether in large groups or small, adults or kids, for barbeques or for brunches, early morning until the wee hours, from the upstairs porch, just off the kitchen, shaded with hanging vines, to the patio table to the bench around the fire pit to the hot tub, the whole space has been designed around my frequent entertaining.
How did you create it? The space came together over a few years. The hot tub was in the house when I moved in as was the fire pit. I designed the bench around the fire pit as well as the porch. The pass through bar between the kitchen and the porch is my latest addition.
Recommended store, site, product or resource?: Most of the outdoor furniture came from Pottery Barn. It's solid and simple and can take a lot of abuse from kids and adults.
