Not since wi-fi blocking wall paint have we heard of a concept that so seamlessly multi-functions as wall covering and a tech accessory.
Radio Active—so named because you actually have to get your butt off the couch to use it—is the brainchild of Israeli designer Erez Bar Am.
A main speaker hub is connected to handles with extend-able strings. By moving those handles to different parts of the wall, and thus moving the strings, you can control the volume of the radio or change the channel.

I love the idea, but...of course there is somethings that I would recommend changing it bit. I'm sorry but the part where a handle is sticking out of a little platform (the white pieces on the table) piece on a wall doesn't seem to good to me. I think they should have the handles that need to connect to these different platforms (the white pieces on the table) that are clear or white and a lot smaller, maybe something that can clip behind the piece. Also, the video kind of annoyed me, the walls were disturbing and quite frankly they seemed dirty. Possibly new lighting fixtures, I also think that the video should be done a little more professional. I mean you are selling things to people and this wasn't quite appealing. But, I love the idea.
