The Raffles Armchair by Vico Magistretti is a hard to find, but beautiful Italian adaption of the the classic English Roll-Arm Chair. Tone down the froofy Anglo and add the contemporary Italian and you get this baby. We consider this a timeless classic.

Made by DePadova, the Raffles is also an ottoman and a great two or three seater sofa as well. Made internally of wood and filled with polyurethan foam, the seat cushions are goose down.
