Blue door in kitchen = loo?

this is another place that looks like it was decorated by stylish nuns (in my eyes; like the dining room of the Domino editor (Deborah Needleman?) in that mag and on this blog last year).

is it insulted?...it just looks like it would be terribly cold in there come winter
