Hello Apartment Therapy, I thought I'd share with you our particular rooftop garden as the summer is quickly approaching. We don't have the luxury of a yard, but we do have a nice back patio and the benefit of a very long series of sheds with a shallow graded roof. Being only around 7 feet high, the shed is easily accesible by some wooden stairs I've fashioned from a ladder...

Thanks, Christian and Michela!

YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Thats such a nice use of normally wasted space, good for you. I love your ingenious terracing , it reminds me of Peruvian farming ( on a smaller scale)
Nice!
Very creative, indeed.
Suggestion: convert all of the planters to sub-irrigation (aka self-watering).
Benefits:
Increased production
Save water
Save time
Better for the environment.
