WiFi audio streaming? Twin LCD displays? All this packaged in a fashionable aluminum, acrylic, and steel casing inspired by a 1962 Audio 1 Kompaktanlage design? We've seen our share of retro MP3 players in our day, but never anything like this.

The ReBraun MP3 player from Bootleg Objects comes pretty close in replicating the retro design. With a lowered case and hood, the overall effect gives it a slick retro box look with 21st century components.

Interface-wise, the system utilizes twin LCD displays to showcase the radio gauges and also allows the unique ability to connect and stream digital music from a networked computer.

Unfortunately, this type of classy makeover doesn't come cheap. You'll need to empty your pockets a full $15,600 before getting your hands on one of these. So if your music's worth as much as your car, take your pick.
