We're all about making the job of preparing meals every day simpler, especially if we've got a toddler hanging on our leg. So why should we have to pull out our pancake recipe from our big recipe binder every Saturday morning...
...when this cheat sheet makes it so much easier. This is a great idea for those items you make regularly, but don't want to use valuable brain power to memorize exact measurements.
This is Amy's over at Angry Chicken, but of course you can customize your own. On hers she has pancakes, apple crisp, and crepes. Ours will have pancakes, pizza dough, bread, crepes, and a few other regulars around here.
Another bonus- someone else in the family could cook them!
Thank you to Amy for this brilliant idea.
What would be on your cheat sheet? And do you already have something like this in place?

I have found that I can put my little netbook on a shelf in my kitchen... and read the recipes directly off of that. Works great! Definitly want to use a shelf though and not your countertop - to avoid spills on the computer.
I have written frequently used recipes (pizza dough, no-knead bread, etc.) on little cards and taped them inside the cabinet door next to my stove. They're always right where I need them!

that's exactly what I was going to say--print the recipe or write it out neatly, maybe on some pretty paper, and attach it to the back of a cabinet door. Always right there, and no spills!
Another thought is to have your recipe made into one of those wall stickers. Could be decorative, especially if it's an old family recipe. I've thought about doing my Nana Lulu's One Egg Cake, or perhaps the gingerbread I make constantly.
I print out multiple, frequently used recipes on a single sheet of paper and tape them to the inside of my kitchen cabinets. Just open the spice cabinet door and voila! recipes and ingredients right at hand.
