Q: I have a few sets of white bedlinen (duvet covers and pillowcases) which have started looking a little "beige" over time. I would like to try dyeing them at home (washing machine?) to save money and not waste their otherwise great condition. Can anyone please advise me with regards to which fabric dye I should use (my covers are cotton) and where I might find it in Australia/online?

...Can I use one packet/sachet/box for an entire cover and two pillowcases, or should I rather split them up into cover and THEN pillowcases in separate load, possible adding extra pillowcases so as not to waste the dye/water?

(I know the packets/sachets/boxes have weight instructions on them but I don't have a scale at home so am unable to weigh the covers beforehand.)

Thanks very much, I await any answers with baited breath!
