R2-D2 cooler serves as co-pilot
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, there were many parents who loved Star Wars as kids and wanted to share that love with their own children. And so was born the X-Wing bed, a shining beacon of one father's love for his son. And for Star Wars.
Imgur user DarthDaddy42 built this nearly life-sized X-wing for his young son, incorporating a bed, a comfy cockpit seat, and a TV and DVD player. So, kind of a pre-pubescent man cave. The wings of the ship can be controlled via remote to close and open into attack mode, and of course, there's an R2-D2 cooler serving as co-pilot. (It remains to be seen whether or when this element will be used as an actual cooler.)
Yes, it's clear that DarthDaddy42 built this for himself as well as his son (who, I assume, would be Luke43?). But that kind of dedication to sharing one's passion with a child is likely something this boy will never forget.
