Name: Reece (3)
Location: Federal Way, WA
Division: Single Room
Room Size: 80 square feet

Tip for Living Small with Kids: Keep the room organized and efficient! Use all space possible to store toys and books. And work with the kids to decide which toys will be donated to the next generation when they are done with them! When something new comes in, something old goes out to someone else.

Biggest Design Challenge in this Room: This room is the smallest room in the house and it had to serve as the guest room. So we needed to put a bigger bed in there. With the bed pushed against the wall we have room for a nightstand and a reading chair. Just enough stuff for the room since the boys play in the living room most of the time. I was able to re-use the nightstand and paint it a fun kelly green, as well as the rocking chair.

Favorite Thing About This Room: I love the bright and cheery accent green color! This room gets the best light all day as well.

Thanks for your entry Denise and good luck!
