We mentioned REGREEN back in February, but many of us were still buried under snow at that point and renovation or construction was the last thing on our minds. We're come back to them once more this month as we think their checklists, downloads, widgets and website packed full of information deserves a second mention — they're just so gosh darn handy!

Although the REGREEN website is packed with information, here's a few ways to get your eco-friendly groove on before you ever pick up a hammer. In combination, these three lists and programs will help point you in the right direction so you don't end up over your head.

REGREEN Strategy Generator: You simply plug in the scope and goal of your retrofit project and the Strategy Generator will generate a list of appropriate green measures to implement, custom-tailored for your project. We love websites that help us get it all together!

REGREEN Residential Remodeling Guidline PDF: This is literally the book on all the ways you can make your home a little more green. There's many suggestions on what to install now so you can install new products later and should be read by every homeowner gearing up for work to be done.

REGREEN Home Assessment Form PDF: This is a checklist to see where your house is now, how you stand when it comes to tearing down, replacing or simply being able to upgrade.

Make sure you check out our previous post about REGREEN to learn more about how they work and why they're a creditable source for all of the information that they have in store! There's more in store over at REGREEN, including a whole list of projects from other homeowners so you can see how these ideas are being carried out offline and in the real world!
