Remembering Steve Jobs with Mac Art by Satta van Daal

Steve Jobs helped shape the design world as we know it. No American of our generation changed tech design more than he did, casting a long shadow into areas far beyond technology. Satta van Daal is an artist who has been working on an exhibition featuring historic Apple computers called iPaint myMac. In progress since 2006, van Daal plans on painting 50 Apple computers, several installations and "other surprises."

Van Daal paints and stencils on pre-owned Macs, like the Apple SEs from the 1980s and the PowerBooks from the 1990s. My particular favorite is the Apple SE with the portrait of a young Steve Jobs and his buddy, Steve Wosniak. Classic.
