What if you could paint a wall and when you're tired of the color, simply peel it off? It would be like nail polish for your walls! Maybe you rent and want to paint, but don't want to hassle with painting things back when you move out? Or want to give your toddler a custom wall mural but don't want to be stuck with a giant jungle safari adventure for the next 10 years? Well then this wallpaper is for you!
There are so many instances where this wallpaper from Tempaper could prove to be useful, though we're guessing that renters will get the most from it's temporary tendencies. Have no fear though, it will stay put until you want it gone and peel it off.
It will run you $56 per roll and, although that seems extreme when you're just going to paint over it, for some the lack of labor it will require to get your walls back into their previous condition might be worth it.

We did this in my bedroom in high school over 10 years ago. I painted a mural in tempra paint over plain white wallpaper. It wasn't this expensive brand you mention. My parents still haven't taken it down, so I'm not sure how well it will come off.
I have old, cracking plaster walls. I had a painting guy just lay paintable, flat wallpaper over all the plaster, and then I painted it white, and it looks like a nice wall.
I think the paintable wallpaper was something like $13.99 a roll - and I can remove it whenever I want. Why someone would spend $56 per roll, I don't know.
As an interior designer, this could be a fantastic solution for clients who are renting a place and want to paint.
I would have to know how well this paper will stay up, though. If it starts peeling off on it's own, then it would be more trouble than it was worth.
