Calling all potential bloggers! Re-Nest is looking to add a few new voices to our editorial team, particularly ones focused on sustainable design. Do you have a pulse on the latest sustainable designs and innovations for the home? Do you believe that great green design is more than just the amount of recycled content in a given product? Do you think that your home should be not only healthy and earth-friendly, but also beautiful? If this is you, jump below for the details:

This is a part-time, paid, freelance position (3-5 posts per week) and it's great (but not required) if your other gigs plug you into the design scene in some way.

REQUIREMENTS

• excellent camera skills and a good eye for stellar images
• a strong style sense
• blog-style writing skills
• a reliable computer
• a reliable high speed internet connection
• a good digital camera
• Photoshop or Photoshop Elements
• knowledge of how to use all these things

The link to the application Form above will ask for the following information:

• Your name and contact information
• How long you have been reading Re-Nest
• What you do full time
• Why you're a good fit for our site

The form will also ask for 3 specific sample posts with text and pictures:

• Green House Call
• Style/Product Roundup
• Your Post Choice

We want to be WOWED with your unique voice and awesome pictures! Please submit posts written specifically for Re-Nest and not for another blog. Please, PLEASE be familiar with the types and topics of posts we already do on a regular basis, and try to offer something new. And remember, Re-Nest is about green living and design in and for the home. We love DIY and believe in repurposing; however, we also greatly value and appreciate beauty, and not everything can or should be upcycled.
