Seth and Allison's renovation is complete! And it is very lovely. You've been there every step of the way, from the original kitchen to the big reveal and everything in between. Type of building: 1890's Victorian condo

From the day we got the keys, my husband and I have been working furiously days, nights, and weekends on our 1919 home in Seattle. Eleven months later, we have finished our DIY renovating and are now in a place where most of the big stuff is done and we can sit back and finally enjoy our house as a home and not a job site.

Each year around Earth Day the American Institute of Architects (AIA) celebrate the top ten green projects of the past year. This year's list included two homes — one a net-zero live/work home, the other a small affordable house in a planned community.
