Unfortunately for short people or kids they are extremely uncomfortable. I'm five feet tall. My feet dangle.
They may be uncomfortable for shorter people, but for tall people and people with mobility issues, they are AWESOME. I'm almost six feet tall, and I love comfort height toilets.
After I had abdominal surgery a couple of years ago, I was *wishing* I had a taller toilet. It was so difficult to use a standard toilet.
