Rent Kelly Osbourne’s West Hollywood Condo for $19.5K a Month

Reality TV star Kelly Osbourne, daughter of metal icon Ozzy Osbourne and talk show host Sharon Osbourne, is renting out her luxe condo in West Hollywood, California’s famed Sierra Towers building. This isn’t your mama’s Airbnb rental; Osbourne’s unit in this trendy tower means neighbors that include the likes of Courteney Cox and Sandra Bullock, as well as a rent payment of $19,500 per month. Just in case you’re wondering, that’s 3,900 $5 Subway footlongs or roughly 28 iPhone Xs—a month.

For that nearly $20k a month, you’ll get 2,117 square feet, two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, 24-hour staff in the lobby, valet parking, a gym, and a rooftop terrace with swimming pool and spa.

Inside the unit, the living and dining area features walls of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that open onto a terrace. From there, the lucky tenant can take in glorious city and mountain views. Or, if they like they can relax in the master bath’s soaking tub while gazing out to views of Beverly Hills.

Grey limestone flooring is found throughout the common spaces, giving the condo a rather stately vibe. Look up and you’ll notice tray ceilings in the unit’s open concept living-dining room, which is a feature also found in the home’s master bedroom. No need to worry—in the event the fashion police call, Osbourne has got her tenant covered with a custom closet and dressing room that’s big enough to get lost in.

While the condo does cost a pretty penny per month, its achromatic color palette seems to be uncharacteristically understated for Osborne, a reality star whose signature look includes purple hair and wild lipstick. Would you have guessed a crisp, clean black and white look for Osbourne’s pad?
