Still rent. While oil prices are surging and threaten to put a break on our economy, it means good things for interest rates and bad things for an incumbent president. Nevertheless, Alan Greenspan is sanguine, saying it's "quite unlikely" that there's a housing bubble that's about to pop, but that the possibility "cannot be readily dismissed."
