Fellow Angelenos, we know quite a few of you are going through sunshine withdrawal like we've been suffering through this extended bout of June Gloom (aka Bay Area summer). This might be the worst June in recent memory, but that didn't stop us from getting out yesterday to enjoy a misty afternoon hike in Eaton Canyon and enjoy some Armenian food in Altadena/Pasadena just around the corner from a a street of charming modest sized homes and a hardware store that specializes in historic era architectural home supplies. But perhaps the overcast weather just means it's time to get started/finished with a My Great Outdoors project to submit this week?
