The doorknobs in our new place have to go. We have more doors than ever, though, so it's a task we're avoiding somewhat (certainly not urgent but the knobs are really getting to us!). We found an article on the Do It Yourself website that discusses the ins and outs of ideas for doorknobs and how to easily replace them yourself:

The article goes on to say, "Doorknobs are a small touch that can be a relatively inexpensive way to reinvent any living space. Make sure to keep in mind that they should also conform to the mood and harmony of the living space."
Good advice, we think.

Wow! Those are some Gorgeous door knobs in that photo above! Love the green and blue ones.
Door, cabinet, and drawer knobs can be really depressing, and most of what's on the market out there isn't very nice to look out, which is a shame because when you think about it, your knobs are to your furniture what your jewelry is to you!
Fortunately, I found this great company in London that sells amazing, unique knobs in every style you can think of! The shop is called Chloe Alberry and it is located on the Portobello Road, but it does have a website and sends internationally: www.chloealberry.com.
