Storing stuffed animals can get the better of us sometimes and we're always open to creative solutions to keep them out from under our feet. This set up was intended for dog toys, but we think it would be great in a bedroom or playroom with a few small modifications!

Although this set up was constructed using a metal stand, there's a good chance that many of us won't find such a treasure. You could easily make something from pvc or metal plumbing pipe (and make sure it's anchored to the wall or floor) and then use zip ties to hold each can to the pipe.

We like the idea that all the toys have an assigned home, but children don't have to drag out a bucket or box to get things put away. When the storage solution is literally staring you in the face, it's a little easier to remember to help keep things clean. Plus, it's fun to repurpose an IKEA trash can into a storage solution!

If smaller buckets were used you could even make a art supply center or place to keep hair accessories and grooming supplies! Check out the original idea over at Ikea Hacker.
